One of the more puzzling aspects of the way we're built is that our emotional development does not necessarily or automatically keep pace with our physical growth. We can be 55 on the outside and four and a half in terms of our impulses and manner of communicating just as we can be on the threshold of adulthood physically, while an emotional sage within. To assess our own and others emotional development, we can make use of the deceptive question illustrated below which can quickly get to the core of our underlying emotional age.   There are three methods which indicate emotionally immature behaviour. The constant human traffic between the prison and the urban black community means that much prison culture has hemorrhage the larger black community making thes e two spheres, mirror each other in many ways. Nation of Islam is the force against this culture and the incarcerated Muslims developed a code that went this way: "When a brother tries to deny a brother the right to be a man, he no longer deserves to live."

Man's status in the natural world, is therefore determined by the quality of his thinking. In order to be of a top rank, we can't help but revisit truth written on stone.
